Can Becklyn be engaged to only consult on specific aspects of our centre management?

In short, yes. We are more than happy to work with you to achieve specific targets or improvements. However, with the complexities of managing an OSHC Centre there may be a need to also review associated operations and procedures to ensure we obtain a full picture and can subsequently make recommendations.

Will the centre's daily operations be effected during any engagement?

Generally daily operations will not be disrupted but there may be times when specific staff or departments will be needed to participate in mettings or fact finding surveys, potentially requiring some alternative scheduling or even activty monitoring.

How long does a typical consultation engagement take?

The length of a consultancy differs greatly for many reasons, initially it will depend on the scope of the work required and subsequently on any further actions needed to successfully complete the discovery process. A firmer timeframe can than be determined and agreed upon.

What centre resources need to be available for Becklyn to undertake a consultancy?

The initial stages of any consultancy engagement tend to be based on in-depth discussion with centre management to determine your goals and requirements. However, there may be a requirement to review policies and practices that will need access to additional staff knowledge and documentation.

How much does a typical consultancy engagement cost?
